Sexologist adn media personality Eveline Stallaart is opening up about a recent period of burnout and her subsequent recovery, highlighting the challenges of maintaining well-being while juggling multiple high-profile projects. Stallaart, who also appears on TikTok[[1]] and participates in events like the Rare Retreat[[2]], says she learned the hard way that even experts in healthy relationships need to prioritize self-care. Her experience comes as increasing numbers of professionals openly discuss the pressures of modern work culture and the importance of boundaries.

Eveline Stallaart, a sexologist and media personality, recently discussed prioritizing personal well-being after a period of overwork led to health complications. The conversation highlights a growing awareness of work-life balance, even for those navigating multiple demanding projects.

Last year, Stallaart found herself overwhelmed by a confluence of commitments. “I can honestly say I was burned out,” she stated. “Looking back, it was foolish to think I could combine a two-hour one-woman theater show with a book, my practice, and TV appearances.”

Adding to her workload, Stallaart simultaneously launched an online platform designed to provide anonymous support for individuals facing intimacy issues.

Now recovered, Stallaart is restructuring her schedule to achieve a more sustainable rhythm. “Now that I’m fit again, I schedule my appointments to balance them with my television work. And whenever possible, I make time for me-time in the form of a massage or a walk.”

This year, Stallaart also appeared on the cover of Playboy. In the video below, the sexologist details her experience with the photoshoot and explains its significance to her.
