Despite its compact size – measuring just 27.5 cm in width – the Turbo Tower Compact offers a total capacity of 8.6 liters across two independent 4.3-liter baskets. This allows users to prepare complete meals for up to four people without the necessitate for multiple cooking batches.
Enhanced Air Circulation for Faster Cooking
The new air fryer incorporates Cosori’s Turbo Tower technology, featuring heating elements positioned above each basket. It utilizes dual DC motors and three fan speeds to precisely control airflow. This differs from traditional air fryers that heat from the rear, aiming for more even cooking and quicker preheating times.
