In the episode of “Demain nous appartient” airing on February 17th on TF1, Victoire and Georges go to the police station to speak with Martin about Fred’s disappearance. According to the inspector, other similar cases were closed without further investigation as voluntary disappearances. Whereas he will still notify the prosecutor to open an inquiry, he emphasizes he doesn’t believe this story about a Friday the 13th kidnapper. Victoire and Georges are disheartened, especially since the latter is convinced Martin no longer trusts him. He then receives a call from Elise Pichet, who agrees to speak with them about her ex, who also disappeared.

At her home, Victoire opens her mail and discovers a letter from Fred saying he needs to distance himself. She’s convinced she’s been dumped, but Georges assures her that doesn’t make sense. When they meet Elise Pichet at Spoon, she says the profile “13” means nothing to her. She believes Johan’s story is different from Fred’s because she received a letter after his disappearance explaining everything. When Georges and Victoire discover this, they realize it’s exactly the same letter Victoire received. After examining it closely, Georges believes Fred wrote it under duress.

“Demain nous appartient”: 13 Sends a Message to Georges

They then decide to distribute flyers and post posters with Fred’s face around town, and are contacted by several people, but only Esmeé seems to have a solid lead. She meets them in the evening to explain that she saw Fred gain into a red car on the evening of Friday the 13th. A man wearing a cap was in the car, but she didn’t see which direction it went. Shortly after, Georges receives a notification: 13 has requested him as a friend on social media…

Elsewhere in Sète, Roxane explains to Bart that things are still complicated with Sara. Although she appreciates her gifts, she wants her wife and they’ve stopped being intimate because Sara shuts down at the slightest attempt to get close. Roxane admits she feels bad for not being able to support her and doesn’t want Sara to force herself. Bart encourages her to be patient, and his advice pays off, as Roxane then gives Sara a gift: massage oils. In the evening, while Bart watches Enora, Roxane gives Sara a massage, which she greatly enjoys.

Sara and Roxane Reconnect

When Roxane kisses her, Sara tenses up and apologizes for being blocked, even though she wants to. Her wife reassures her: she has no reason to apologize, and they have time, suggesting they plan some quiet moments together when they experience ready. Meanwhile, at the high school, Marceau and Diane’s plan worked: everyone shows up in disguise, and many place in a lot of effort. Violette and Ellie have similar costumes, and Diane dazzles as Marilyn Monroe, even though Marceau doesn’t recognize her…
