Emaar Properties reported record annual revenue of AED 49.6 billion (approximately $13.5 billion USD) for 2025, a 40% increase compared to AED 35.5 billion in 2024, driven by strong performance in its domestic operations.
The company’s net profit reached AED 22.32 billion for the year, up from AED 17.449 billion in 2024. Profit attributable to the parent company reached AED 17.599 billion in 2025, compared to AED 13.513 billion in 2024.
Emaar also recorded its highest-ever earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) at AED 25.6 billion, representing a 33% year-over-year increase.
Property sales for Emaar reached a record AED 80.4 billion in 2025, a 16% increase from AED 69.5 billion in 2024.
Based on its previously announced dividend policy from December 2024, the board of directors recommended maintaining the dividend distribution at 100% of capital for 2025.
Emaar Development, in which Emaar Properties holds a majority stake, also achieved record property sales of AED 71.1 billion, a 9% increase compared to AED 65.4 billion in sales in 2024.
