In a series of interviews, Bosch has firmly stated she has no intention of relinquishing her title, believing her hard work throughout the competition warrants her win.

Bosch’s victory has been shadowed by accusations leveled against Raúl Rocha Cantú, the president of the organization and a 50% owner of the pageant, leading some to believe the outcome was fraudulent. The allegations have sparked widespread debate about fairness and transparency in the world of beauty pageants.

Speculation that Bosch might step down from her role had been growing, as had rumors that Rocha Cantú might also leave the organization. However, Bosch has now directly refuted those claims.

Upon arriving in the U.S., Bosch addressed the situation in an interview with local media, stating, “Of course not, because I deserve that crown and this sash.”

Bosch also addressed the reports concerning a potential business relationship between Rocha Cantú and her father, Bernardo Bosch Hernández, who has held strategic positions within Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex).

“The reality is that many things can be said, but I repeat, there is only one truth,” she stated.

She emphasized that she put in the same amount of effort as her fellow contestants throughout the competition. “I made the same effort as all my colleagues, I made the same commitment as all my colleagues, we went through exactly the same tests and I won, so why would I give up something I worked for?” she asked.

Bosch acknowledged the pain caused by the negative reaction to her win on social media, expressing that it was “very unfair.”

“It’s very unfair that they do that. I’m 25 years old, I had never been in this environment before, of course it hurts because they attack my family, they attack me, but when God puts a purpose in your heart, there will be a lot of adversity, and I’m not going to stop being here, because I am, only, in this Universe, for philanthropy, and for social causes,” she explained.
