“That is quite an achievement”

Less than a week ago, Johan described Jutta’s behavior as “outrageous.” The analyst was disturbed that the speed skater flew to the Olympic Games in Milan on a private jet and ignored the Dutch press. The term ‘prima donna’ was repeatedly used at the table on Vandaag Inside.

Though, a different tone emerged during Monday evening’s broadcast. When René van der Gijp speculated that Jutta might as well retire after the Winter Games because she has already achieved everything, Johan offered a surprising compliment. “I do respect her. She lives in such a high-society world, with a multimillionaire, and she was still able to obtain herself into top condition. That is quite an achievement, you know.”

Johan is not the only one now expressing admiration. Mark Tuitert also praised the blonde athlete during the Winter Games. Curious to know what he had to say about her? You can notice it in the video below.
