Match Highlights
Juventus threatened early, with Kenan Yildiz unleashing a long-range shot in the 5th minute that was saved by Como goalkeeper Jean Butez. However, it was Como who struck first.
Capitalizing on a quick counterattack, Mergim Vojvoda received a pass from Tasos Douvikas, drove into the penalty area, skillfully evaded Teun Koopmeiners, and slotted a shot into the bottom left corner, leaving Michele Di Gregorio with no chance.
Juventus pushed for an equalizer, but Lois Openda’s 22nd-minute attempt was also denied by Butez. Como nearly extended their lead in the 37th minute, but Lucas da Cunha’s long-range effort rattled the crossbar. The first half ended with Como leading 1-0.
The second half saw Juventus create another opportunity in the 48th minute, but Francisco Conceicao’s left-footed shot was comfortably saved by Butez. Instead of leveling the score, the hosts conceded again in the 61st minute.
A swift counterattack saw Da Cunha play a through ball to Maxence Caqueret, who ran unchallenged into the box and calmly finished past Di Gregorio.
Trailing by two goals, Juventus attempted to mount a comeback, but their best chance – a free kick from Koopmeiners in the 84th minute – only hit the post. The final score remained 2-0 in favor of Como.
