As of 1:04 a.m., air raid alerts were in effect throughout Ukraine, with all regions marked as red on the alert map.

UPDATE: At 1:10 a.m., Tymur Tkachenko reported that “Shahed” drones and cruise missiles were in the air. He also warned of potential launches of ballistic missiles and “Kinzhals.” He stated that air defenses were engaging enemy targets and urged residents and visitors to remain in shelters until the all-clear is given. At 1:19 a.m., the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration reported damage in the Darnitskyi district, with details on the extent of the damage still being determined. He issued another warning regarding a potential ballistic missile threat at 1:28 a.m.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko noted at 1:27 a.m. that explosions were again being heard in the capital, and missiles were still over the city. He added at 1:35 a.m. that enemy drones were over the Obolon district, and that more missiles were still en route to the capital.
