Levski officials transported the player in the club’s signature blue van, the same vehicle used three weeks ago to bring Armstrong Oko-Flex to the team. Lokomotiv Plovdiv’s Executive Director Toma Tsilev accompanied Perea to the vehicle as he left the stadium.

Lokomotiv Plovdiv President Hristo Krusharski confirmed the deal, stating there was significant competition for Perea’s signature. “There is concrete information regarding one player, and that is Juan Perea. There was a lot of competition, but we managed to ensure he remains in Bulgaria and continues to contribute to Bulgarian football. It’s clear where he’s headed – Levski Sofia. He just needs to pass his medical tests; the conditions have been agreed upon. His agent finally relented on the empty talk he was giving,” Krusharski said.
