The victim’s employer has confirmed her identity. The suspect, a 27-year-old Belgian man, had scheduled a meeting with Alicia under the pretense of a potential property transaction or rental, according to the Luxembourg prosecutor’s office, and arrived armed with a bladed weapon.
Authorities have stated the suspect, originally from Antwerp, did not provide a fixed address upon his arrest. Initial reports indicate he had no prior connection to the victim, and investigators have found no evidence of any dispute between the two.
