Liverpool had a golden opportunity to extend their advantage in the first half, earning a penalty, but Dominik Szoboszlai’s spot-kick rattled the crossbar.

Burnley found an equalizer in the second half, with Marcus Edwards firing past Alisson Becker to level the score.
