Incentives for electric microcars: what to grasp
While the implementing decree is pending, the programme is financed with €30 million and offers a 30 % rebate (up to €3,000) on the final price. The rebate rises to 40 % (up to €4,000) when the buyer scraps a vehicle of the same category that has been owned for at least 12 months and carries an Euro 0‑3 emissions rating.
