The pageant, themed “The Power of Love,” will showcase contestants from over 120 countries and regions, including the historic first-time participation of representatives from Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Mozambique. The 74th Miss Universe competition is heading to Thailand, with the grand finale set for November 21st (November 20th in some countries due to time differences). This year’s pageant, held at the Impact Arena in Pak Kret, will feature contestants from over 120 regions, including a strong showing from Latin America.

Representing their countries and hoping to succeed Victoria Kjær are contestants from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Adding to the excitement, this year also marks the debut of contestants from Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Mozambique, while Azerbaijan, Slovenia, Ghana, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, and South Africa are returning to the competition after a hiatus. The pageant is a significant cultural event, drawing global attention to beauty, empowerment, and international representation.

A unique addition to this year’s competition is Yamilex Hernández, who earned her spot as Miss Universe Latina through a Telemundo reality show.
