Authorities in Arizona have made potentially significant findings in the search for Nancy Guthrie, 84, the mother of NBC’s “Today” show co-host Savannah Guthrie.
Guthrie disappeared from her home on the morning of February 1, and officials believe she was abducted.
CBS News reports that investigators have discovered a black glove approximately 1.5 miles from the missing woman’s residence. The glove will undergo DNA testing, and the discovery is being described as a possible breakthrough in the case.
Guthrie has been missing since the beginning of February, and police suspect she was taken against her will. The FBI recently released security photos and videos showing a masked individual near the home of the missing woman.
