Teh situation quickly escalated with a collision between a bus and a fire truck responding to the initial call, further compounding transportation delays across the city center.

OSLO, Norway (headlinez.news) — Emergency responders are on the scene at Jernbanetorget station in Oslo after a person was struck by a subway train on Sunday, November 24, 2025. Authorities are providing immediate medical attention, and subway traffic in both directions has been halted.

The station is temporarily closed, and passengers are being advised to stay off the platforms until further notice.

Public transportation officials report delays throughout the system. Ride-sharing services, such as Bolt, have also seen price increases as demand surges.

Emergency Vehicles Involved in Collision
