In a candid reflection on the turbulence of her past, Martina Jandová has opened up about the dramatic end of her marriage to rock icon Petr Janda. The revelation centers on a volatile moment of betrayal that Janda previously detailed in his autobiography, Dávno.
The tension reached a breaking point when Janda unexpectedly returned to their shared apartment, only to discover his second wife in the company of another man. The confrontation was immediate and physical.
“It is true, at that time I received the first and last slap from Petr,” Martina Jandová confessed.
While the incident was explosive, Jandová explains that the emotional decay of the relationship had begun long before the infidelity. She revealed that the marriage had been struggling for two years prior to the discovery, during which time she found herself unhappy and eventually fell in love with someone else.
Describing the modern relationship as more than just a fleeting encounter, Jandová noted that she remained with her new partner for six years following the split. Despite the shock of the discovery, she expressed lingering regret over how the truth came to light.
