Pistons Sign Guard Wendell Moore Jr., Waive Colby Jones

Jones appeared in one game for the Pistons this season, receiving seven minutes of playing time. He was acquired by Detroit on a two-way deal in late July after being traded from the Washington Wizards and subsequently waived by the Oklahoma City Thunder.
