PlayStation Plus Adds EA Sports FC 26, More in May Lineup
PlayStation Plus members will have three new titles to explore starting May 5. Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that EA Sports FC 26, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and Nine Sols will be available to all PlayStation Plus members.
The addition of EA Sports FC 26 brings a popular sports franchise to the PlayStation Plus library. The game features an overhauled gameplay experience based on community feedback, with options for Authentic and Competitive Gameplay presets. Players can build and manage their dream squad in Football Ultimate Team, with new Tournaments and Live Events, as well as updated Rivals and Champs experiences.
According to Sony, EA Sports FC 26 features over 20,000 players across 750+ clubs and national teams, in more than 120 stadiums and 35 leagues. PlayStation Plus members will also receive a special add-on entitlement: the EA Sports FC 26 PlayStation Plus Icons Pack, redeemable during the game’s availability as part of the Monthly Games offering.
For those seeking a different kind of challenge, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a Soulslike action RPG. Players take on the role of Wuchang, a female pirate warrior who awakens in the final years of China’s Ming Dynasty with no memory of her past. The game is set in a land plagued by warring factions and a mysterious phenomenon known as Feathering, which causes people to mutate into monsters.
Rounding out the lineup is Nine Sols, a 2D action game. All three titles will be available starting Tuesday, May 5, as stated by Adam Michel, Director, Content Acquisition & Operations at Sony Interactive Entertainment. This monthly offering provides ongoing value to PlayStation Plus subscribers, enhancing the gaming experience with a rotating selection of titles.
