British police are continuing searches at Royal Lodge, the former residence of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, after the former prince was arrested Thursday on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The searches are expected to continue throughout the weekend.
Operation ongoing in Berkshire. According to reports, the searches in the county of Berkshire are ongoing and are expected to extend into Monday. Officers from Thames Valley Police remain at Royal Lodge, Mountbatten-Windsor’s former home.
Other searches have concluded. Police have concluded searches at the former prince’s residence on the Sandringham estate—where he recently moved and was initially detained—but are maintaining the operation at the Windsor property.
