This collaboration marks a key moment for the French team as they prepare to compete on the world stage, seeking to build on their momentum from the 2022 Beijing Olympics.

Quiksilver has unveiled the highly anticipated uniforms for the French Snowboard Freestyle Team ahead of the February 2026 competition.

The technical gear, featuring the iconic French colors of blue, white, and red, includes the Radicalo jacket, Snow Down cargo pants, and Paramo stretch overall. Quiksilver’s renowned DryFlight® 20K technology – combining extreme waterproofing with lightweight breathability and optimal warmth – is integrated throughout the line. The kit boasts a relaxed, boxy cut with dropped shoulders for maximum comfort and style.

The apparel is crafted from 76% recycled polyester derived from textile and plastic waste and features a PFAS-free durable water repellent treatment. This commitment to sustainability aligns with growing industry trends and athlete demands for eco-conscious gear.

Quiksilver collaborated closely with its team of elite athletes during the development process, ensuring the equipment meets the rigorous demands of the competition and the challenging weather conditions expected in the Italian Alps.

A key collaborator on the project was Team rider Tim Sivignon, a 22-year-old French freestyle skier specializing in slopestyle and big air. Sivignon is already considered one of France’s most promising talents and a strong medal contender.

“Collaborating on this athlete kit with Quiksilver has been an incredible experience: the brand has always valued the opinion of its riders and gives us the opportunity to test the equipment in the most demanding conditions. When you find yourself on the biggest stage in extreme sports, confidence can really make the difference. Freestyle skiing and snowboarding have specific needs, and we’ve managed to create an outfit for the best French snowboarders that is both technical, comfortable and stylish – it’s exactly the ideal compromise we’re looking to achieve. I’m really excited to ride in Italy with my new Quiksilver teammate, Romain Allemand, and to participate in what can only be described as the biggest sporting event in the world in these outfits.”

Josh February, Global GM of Quiksilver, added, “We’ve put our decades of expertise in the winter action sports world to work on this project and are very excited to see the best French riders express the full extent of their exceptional talent with products we’ve developed specifically to meet their needs during the event.”

Fans can see the French Freestyle Team’s new uniforms in action starting this February, as they compete from February 6th to 22nd, 2026. The new gear is expected to give the team a competitive edge as they pursue top honors on the world stage.
