Feyenoord has signed four-time Premier League winner Raheem Sterling, in a move that has surprised many in the football world. The former Chelsea and Manchester City winger joins the Dutch club after a successful career in England.
However, Sterling’s integration with his new teammates has been temporarily delayed. According to reports, the England international is currently training separately from the rest of the Feyenoord squad. The reason for This represents to allow him to fully integrate into the team.
The signing comes as Feyenoord continues its Eredivisie campaign. Most recently, Feyenoord secured an early goal for a much-needed victory in Utrecht on February 12, 2026. This win followed a 1-1 draw against Union Sint-Gillis on July 12, 2025, and a 4-0 victory over VfL Wolfsburg on August 2, 2025.
