Saudi superstar Rashid Al-Majid is back on stage and heading to Abu Dhabi for two major concerts this April and May.
According to Voice of Emirates, Al-Majid will perform at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on April 30, 2026, in what is being billed as a major musical event expected to draw a large audience. Tickets for the show went on sale electronically starting Monday, April 20, 2026, with organizers urging fans to secure their spots early.
The performance comes shortly after Al-Majid’s recent return to the spotlight following a health setback. As reported by Coulisse Mag, the singer made his first public appearance since his recovery at a concert in Jeddah on April 24, 2026, held at Jeddah Superdome. The event marked a significant comeback after he was forced to cancel prior engagements due to urgent health issues.
Al-Majid’s Jeddah show featured additional ticket categories released to meet high demand, with Rotana overseeing production and Eventcom managing logistics. Maestro Walid Fayed led the accompanying orchestra in a performance described by organizers as “historic.”
Just days after his Jeddah appearance, Al-Majid is set to bring his music to Abu Dhabi’s Space42 Arena on May 1, 2026, as announced by Billboard Arabia. The concert is part of his ongoing artistic series for the year and will include fan favorites from his extensive catalog, promising a live musical experience that revisits his most beloved works.
Earlier in April, Al-Majid arrived in Jeddah using a cane, as shown in a video shared by Al-Marsad Newspaper, signaling his gradual return to full activity after his health challenges.
Known for his long-standing partnership with Rotana, Al-Majid recently released the single “La Tibti,” featuring lyrics by Emirati poet Jumhouh, music and production by Adel Abdullah, and sound design by Ahmed Al-Radawan, with mixing by Metaz Abu Hamdan and choral contributions from Al-Watan Art Group.
His 2025 release “Litnayta Teer” with Rotana similarly gained notable traction across YouTube and music platforms, further reinforcing his continued relevance in the Arab music scene.
With back-to-back performances in Jeddah and Abu Dhabi, Rashid Al-Majid’s spring 2026 tour signals a powerful return to form — one that fans across the region have been eagerly awaiting.
