Beyond his many other accomplishments, Rob helped create First 5 California – a vital initiative funded by tobacco taxes dedicated to supporting early childhood education programs. He and Michele championed early childhood development and marriage equality… They were true champions of LGBTQ+ rights,” Bass added.
