PRAGUE – Slovakian fighter Robert Pukač suffered a brutal defeat in the Octagon, with post-fight photos revealing the extent of his injuries.
Patrik Kincl snapped a two-fight losing streak with a dominant victory over Robert Pukač by unanimous decision. The former Octagon champion made his intentions clear from the opening seconds, aiming for a repeat performance against Pukač, whom he previously defeated in 2015.
“I’m back,” a jubilant Kincl exclaimed after the final bell. “It’s hard to say after a winning fight, but I stepped into the Octagon wanting to have fun. To strike and enjoy the beauty of the sport that pulled me out of a dark place,” Kincl added.
Kincl praised Pukač’s resilience, acknowledging his opponent’s determination to continue fighting despite a clear disadvantage in the first round. “I thought I had him, and then I see him coming out for the second round. He’s like steel, and I have to give him credit for that,” he said. Images circulating after the fight showed Pukač with significant facial injuries.
