Leaks are a familiar challenge for tech manufacturers, and Samsung is no exception. As the company prepares for a major product announcement, details about its upcoming Galaxy S26 series have begun to surface ahead of the expected Galaxy Unpacked event. The information comes from Evan Blass, known as Evleaks on X, a source with a proven track record for accuracy.
Blass shared a series of marketing visuals intended for use on product pages, confirming the appearance of the Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The images also reveal key ergonomic choices made by the South Korean manufacturer. With a presentation anticipated for February 25, 2026, these official renders offer a concrete gaze at what could be the next flagship Android devices.
A Design Focused on Continuity
At first glance, it’s clear Samsung isn’t planning a radical redesign. Instead, the company appears to be refining its existing formula. The standard Galaxy S26 (and likely the Plus model) maintains the understated aesthetic that has characterized the line for several generations. Flat edges and symmetrical, particularly thin bezels maximize screen real estate. The volume and power buttons remain unchanged, offering a familiar ergonomics for existing Samsung users.
Though, a notable change appears on the rear of the devices. Unlike previous generations, which featured camera sensors directly integrated into the back panel, the leaks indicate a return to a dedicated camera module – similar to the Galaxy A56 and the Galaxy S25 Edge – which may slightly unbalance the phones when placed on a flat surface.

The Ultra and a Bet on Violet
Whereas the base models prioritize subtlety, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra appears to be making a bolder statement. Visuals shared by Evan Blass, including a 360-degree view, highlight a specific color that is expected to dominate the brand’s marketing: violet. This color is poised to be the signature shade for the 2026 lineup, succeeding last year’s more austere titanium tones.
The design of the Galaxy S26 Ultra retains its massive and angular look, a defining characteristic of this premium version, which builds on the legacy of the Galaxy Note. The S Pen integration and camera sensor arrangement – still with an oblong island – remain consistent with the line’s DNA.
Technical Specifications and Pricing Details Emerge
Beyond the aesthetics, these leaked visuals are accompanied by crucial technical details. Battery life is expected to be a key selling point, with rumors pointing to a 4300 mAh battery (compared to 4000 mAh in the Galaxy S25) for the standard model. This represents a welcome improvement in the face of increasingly aggressive competition from Chinese manufacturers. The devices are expected to be powered by either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or the Exynos 2600, depending on the market. This distinction, which often causes frustration in Europe, hinges on optimized performance.
The question of pricing remains. While the visuals are appealing, the cost could increase. Reports suggest potentially less generous launch offers and price increases for the standard Galaxy S26 model. We will need to wait until February 25 to confirm whether these aesthetic and technical developments justify the investment, or if the Galaxy S25 remains a more reasonable alternative for budget-conscious consumers.
