Sparta Prague secured a 3-0 victory over Ústí nad Labem in a kind match on Friday, beginning their preparations for the winter phase of the season. manager Brian priske utilized a split squad, providing playing time for both established players and recent acquisitions, including debuting forward matyáš Vojta .Beyond on-field performance, the club also reports record jersey sales, surpassing 34,100 units of their current home kit and exceeding 100,000 total jerseys sold as partnering with Adidas in 2021.

Sparta Prague’s coaching staff, led by Brian Priske, utilized two different starting lineups during a recent match. The initial lineup featured Jan Kuchta, Albion Rrahmani, Kaan Kairinen, debutant Hugo Sochůrek, defender Ferdinand Říha, and captain Garanga Kuol.

Martin Suchomel opened the scoring in the first minute, capitalizing on a play with Kuchta to lob the ball over Tomáš Grigar in goal for the opposing team. Experienced goalkeeper Grigar later demonstrated his skill by saving a penalty kick from Rrahmani.

Sparta Reports Record Jersey Sales

Sparta Prague is reporting a record number of jersey sales. The current home jersey version has surpassed 34,100 units sold, making it the most successful kit in the club’s history. Since 2021, when the club partnered with Adidas, over 100,000 jerseys have been sold in total.

“Collaborating with such a strong brand helps elevate the club’s presentation. We see the results as confirmation of the strength of the Sparta brand and its exceptional fan base. A jersey is a clear way to express a sense of belonging,” says Eva Šťastná, Director of Sponsor Care.

This success translates directly into financial gains. Revenue for FootballMania, which manages the club’s stores and online shop, reached over 102 million Czech crowns by the end of December of the current season, exceeding 165 million crowns for the entire previous season. The second half saw a new lineup take the field, including Lukáš Haraslín and goalkeeper Peter Vindahl. New signing Matyáš Vojta also made his debut. The forward, who transferred from Mladá Boleslav as the most expensive transfer between Czech clubs in history, was also named captain and marked his appearance with a goal, receiving a pass from Sivert Mannsverk in front of an open net.
