Stian Blipp Opens Up About ‘Spillet’ Experience
The reality competition series “Spillet” (“The Game”) is testing the limits of its celebrity contestants with its unfair rules and strategic gameplay. In the fourth season, 18 well-known personalities are facing off against each other in teams with uneven resources, forging alliances and battling for survival. The reveal, which premiered in February 2026, continues to deliver dramatic twists and turns as contestants are eliminated one by one.
WARNING: This article contains spoilers for tonight’s episode.
Tonight’s episode saw two contestants sent home in a tearful elimination, adding to the show’s already high stakes.
Reflecting on the Game
On the boys’ team, known as the “blue team,” Stian Blipp had emerged as a strong player. His tactics were even credited with the elimination of Birgit Skarstein in the previous episode.
However, it was Blipp himself who faced elimination in tonight’s episode, as players were tasked with removing two contestants from the game.
Participating in “Spillet” has prompted Stian to reflect on his personal journey.
As previously reported by KK, Stian Blipp disappeared from the spotlight a few years ago after struggling with his mental health. The comedian and presenter (33) needed time to recover and rebuild.
He shared his thoughts on finding a better place in his life as he exited the competition.
“I’m a little proud of myself, given that it’s been hard to say yes to participating,” he said in the episode. “The fact that the team spirit disappears so quickly makes me genuinely sad.”
“I find it difficult to make new friends. Just a year and a half ago, I was so anxious and awful that this would have been unthinkable. So the fact that I come in here and dare to take a place and open up, I’m very proud of,” he continued.
In a previous interview with KK, Stian Blipp revealed he had to make peace with himself to improve his well-being.
“I’ve had to turn things around in how I approach life. Simply made a little reckoning with myself. I’ve tried everything – I’ve meditated, gone to therapy and eaten strange things. I was desperate to attempt anything to get better. If someone had said I had to eat frog spawn to get better, I would have done it,” he joked, while acknowledging the seriousness of his journey.
KK has reached out to Stian Blipp for comment, but has not yet received a response.
