Suzuki is showcasing a series of unique concept vehicles at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2026, opening January 9th, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to adventure-focused design. While the Jimny is no longer sold in Europe, it remains popular in Japan, prompting the automaker to develop special editions like the Jimny Nomade Monster Hunter Wilds Edition.

All of the concepts center around the theme of “life with adventure.” The Jimny Nomade Monster Hunter Wilds Edition is a collaboration with Capcom, coinciding with the release of the Monster Hunter Wilds game. Based on the five-door version of the Jimny – which was never officially available in Europe – the vehicle features a unique livery, a roof rack, metallic accents, and a new wheel set inspired by the game’s “Pop-up Camps.” Suzuki has not disclosed any mechanical changes, but the vehicle is expected to retain its standard 1.5-liter, four-cylinder gasoline engine. This special edition is paired with the DR-Z4S MONSTER HUNTER WILDS Edition motorcycle, also designed with the video game in mind.

The Suzuki Xbee Nature Photographer concept is geared towards outdoor enthusiasts. It features a new roof rack with integrated LED lighting, new wheels with specialized tires, a rear ladder, a unique paint finish, and modifications to the grille and headlights. This demonstrates a growing trend of automakers tailoring vehicles to specific lifestyle activities.

For fans of kei cars, the Every Wagon Wanpaku Rider is designed for families and outdoor adventures. A roof rack holds three children’s bicycles, along with storage compartments, an LED light bar, and a folding awning. The vehicle also includes new wheels and modifications to the grille and headlights.

The Suzuki Super Carry Work & Play Pro is designed for both work and leisure. The roof rack extends over the cargo bed, creating space for longer equipment. This highlights the versatility of compact commercial vehicles.

Finally, the Swift Sport Super Endurance Race Specification is based on the previous-generation Swift and has recently competed in the Eneos Super Taikyu Series 2025. It will also be on display at the show.
