Latvian property developer Tepat Grupa has secured nearly 9 million euros in financing from Swedbank for the construction of an energy-efficient apartment building in Riga’s Mežaparks district.
The project, named “Mooza,” will be carried out by SIA “Projekts C” with 8.7 million euros in funding from the Swedish banking group. This investment underscores the continued demand for modern, sustainable housing options in the Latvian capital.
According to Tepat Grupa representative Voldemārs Siliņš, “The market continues to demonstrate stable demand for energy-efficient homes in great locations. Apartment buyers highly value the A+ energy efficiency rating of buildings, as it means both lower monthly maintenance costs and higher living comfort and a sustainable approach to everyday life.”
The “Mooza” building in Mežaparks is planned to include 5,300 square meters of living space, spread across five floors. The development will also feature 86 parking spaces and 76 apartments, each with dedicated storage. The plans include provisions for electric vehicle charging stations, and parking both in a courtyard and underground. Sustainable technical solutions have been incorporated into the building’s design to minimize utility costs.
Tepat Grupa has been active in the Latvian market since 2014, with previous projects including “Domesnes rezidence,” “Āgenskalna Priedes” and “Dižskabārdis” in Āgenskalns, “Meinharda nams” and “Lieplejas” in Čiekurkalns, “Raunas Rezidences” and “Monrepo Nams” in Teika, among others.
