Thais Hagge to Lead Jury for 2026 Effie Awards Latin America
Thais Hagge, General Manager of Beauty & Wellbeing for Unilever in Latin America, will head the jury for the 11th edition of Effie Latam, with the awards ceremony scheduled for Thursday, October 29th in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
Thais Hagge has been named President of the Jury for the 2026 Effie Awards Latin America. As General Manager of Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing business unit for Latin America, Hagge brings extensive experience to the role. Unilever describes her as “a leader recognized for driving transformations with energy and high performance.”
Hagge joined Unilever in February 2004 as an intern in the packaging department and has since held positions across food, home care, and personal care categories. Her academic background includes a degree in food engineering from the Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and an MBA from the Fundação Dom Cabral.
According to a statement from Unilever Brazil, Hagge “has extensive experience in marketing and combines her passion for brands and people with an excellent vision for business, generating impact and proposing a long-term strategic vision for brands, in addition to redefining their trajectories in the context of social priority.”
