And with it comes a magical array of performances of The Nutcracker to enjoy in Mexico City in 2025. Here’s a list of the must-see productions.

This staging is presented by the National Dance Company of Mexico and the Bellas Artes Orchestra, a guarantee of high artistic quality on stage.

This classic Christmas tale comes to life with a magical production, live music, and around 150 dancers on stage. A must-see every Christmas!

The Taller Coreográfico de la UNAM presents a version based on Tchaikovsky’s classic ballet.

It will be available for a short season! Plan ahead and remember you can enjoy this show starting November 27th at the following times: Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 PM, Saturdays at 7:00 PM, and Sundays at 12:30 PM.

This is a Christmas concert presented by the Arcano String Quartet. The repertoire includes classic works such as O Holy Night, The Four Seasons by Vivaldi, and, of course, The Nutcracker.

But it’s not a conventional show, but one illuminated with hundreds and hundreds of candles. Get ready to experience a very illuminated Christmas!

The National Center for the Arts joins in with a staging called The Other Nutcracker, a show in tribute to Palestine.

Aerial dance, voguing, and even hip hop will be on stage, without sacrificing the Christmas magic.

Performances will be on Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please note that there will be no performance on Friday, December 12th.

Ballet performed with live music! That’s what the Orquesta Filarmónica de las Artes presentation is all about.

This version in Mexico City is based on the tale The Nutcracker and the Mouse King by E. T. A. Hoffmann, with music by Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky

The most famous ballet company in Russia will visit Mexico City to present this Christmas show.

A cast of high artistic quality, impressive costumes, and a magical set design are some of the attributes of this show. There will only be two performances!
