25 Firefighters Respond to Blaze
Firefighters from Haute-Garonne were dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:45 p.m. local time on December 4, 2025. According to initial reports from the fire service (Sdis 31), around 25 firefighters and seven emergency vehicles, including two aerial ladders, were deployed to combat the fire.

Fire Originated in Kitchen, Spread to Roof
Firefighters on scene reported that the fire began in the bar’s kitchen and quickly spread to the roof of the building. Crews used two water cannons to suppress the flames.

No Injuries Reported
The main body of the fire was extinguished around 9:30 p.m. local time.
“The main fire affected the ground floor and the two levels of the establishment. Teams on site are dealing with residual hotspots. Debris removal will be a lengthy process. No injuries have been reported at this time,” fire officials said Thursday evening. The incident underscores the potential dangers of kitchen fires in commercial establishments.
