The pedestrian was hit by passenger train 4717, which was traveling between Bratislava Main Station and Galanta. Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko (ZSSK) reported that train service at the Senec station was temporarily suspended for several dozen minutes as a result. Trains Os 4721 and Os 4718 were canceled during the disruption.
