Vidi Aldiano was born in Jakarta on March 29, 1990. His full name is Oxavia Aldiano, and he received his primary and secondary education within the Al-Azhar Foundation in Jakarta.
He attended SDI Al Azhar 4, Kebayoran Lama from 1996–2002, then continued to SMPI Al Azhar 3, Bintaro from 2002–2005, and completed his high school education at SMAI Al Azhar 1, Kebayoran Baru from 2005–2008.
After graduating high school, Vidi briefly explored the field of engineering, enrolling in the Electrical Engineering department at Pelita Harapan University (UPH). However, he eventually realized that the major wasn’t a good fit and switched to Management, graduating with a GPA of 3.62.
The husband of Sheila Dara began his musical career in 2008 with his debut album, “Pelangi di Malam Hari” (“Rainbow in the Night”). The album quickly gained public attention thanks to popular songs like “Nuansa Bening” and “Status Palsu.”
The success of his debut album established Vidi as a talented young pop singer in Indonesia. Throughout his career, Vidi Aldiano released numerous albums and songs that became popular among music lovers in the country. Some of the albums he released include:

On this album, Vidi collaborated with the Laleilmanino team and involved the master recording process at Abbey Road Studios in London. In 2022, Vidi returned with his fourth album, “Senandika,” which was delayed due to the pandemic and his battle with illness.
The album contains 10 songs that reflect Vidi’s life journey since 2018, including his struggle against illness in the song “Bertahan Lewati Senja” (“Surviving the Evening”) and his love story with his wife, Sheila Dara Aisha, in the song “Dara.”
