TikTok star Vilmei recently shared an emotional update regarding her account, which was previously blocked. The popular social media personality initially announced the permanent ban on February 28, 2026, and has now revealed the account has been restored, though not fully.
Vilmei first went silent after learning her TikTok account – boasting over 68 million followers – had been permanently blocked due to repeated policy violations. The news prompted an outpouring of support from fans and fellow celebrities.
“I wanted to share a lot about what happened with my account. But honestly, when I was feeling really down, I received a lot of hateful messages in my DMs. I stopped sharing about what was going on because of that,” she wrote on Instagram on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Vilmei now says her TikTok account is back online. “My account is back, guys. Thanks to your prayers too. But the account is still really messed up,” she posted.
Fans expressed their relief at the account’s return, whereas also noting the ongoing issues.
“It’s become Ci’s user,” one commenter wrote, referencing a change in the account’s profile.
Previously, Vilmei broke down in tears when announcing the initial block, stating she had been building her presence on the platform for five years. “I don’t seek to start over, I won’t be able to start over. Oh, what am I going to do?” she said on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

The incident highlights the precarious nature of influencer careers, where a single account ban can erase years of work and a massive following. Vilmei, known as Meicy Villia, is a prominent Indonesian content creator and the girlfriend of fellow creator Willie Salim, gaining popularity for her generosity, food-sharing content, and social experiments.
