The living space measures approximately 420 square feet (around 40 square meters), divided into a 200-square-foot living room, a 120-square-foot bedroom, and a 69-square-foot bathroom.

The home comes equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, storage areas, and a vertical washer and dryer.
