A busy day of competition is on tap for Italian athletes at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina, with events scheduled across multiple disciplines on February 11th.
The action kicks off at 9:00 AM with the Nordic Combined – Large Hill, trial jumps 4-5-6. Curling’s men’s tournament continues with round-robin play at 9:05 AM. Shortly after, at 10:00 AM, the Women’s Giant Slalom in Alpine Skiing begins with the first run, alongside the first heat of the Women’s Monobob. Freestyle Skiing’s Dual Moguls for men will similarly receive underway, starting with the 16th finals at 10:30 AM, followed by the 8th finals at 11:00 AM.
Biathlon takes center stage at 11:15 AM with the Men’s 12.5km Pursuit. The Dual Moguls competition continues with the quarter-finals at 11:20 AM, the semi-finals at 11:35 AM, the bronze medal final at 11:46 AM, and the gold medal final at 11:48 AM. The Women’s Monobob concludes with its second run at 11:50 AM.
Team events will also be featured throughout the day. The Men’s 4×7.5km Cross-Country Skiing Relay is scheduled for 12:00 PM, while Switzerland faces the Czech Republic in a Men’s Hockey Group Stage matchup at 12:10 PM. Alpine Skiing continues at 1:30 PM with the second run of the Women’s Giant Slalom.
Snowboard action heats up with the Mixed Team Snowboard Cross quarter-finals at 1:45 PM, followed by the semi-finals at 2:05 PM, the small final at 2:35 PM, and the huge final at 2:40 PM. The Women’s 10km Biathlon Pursuit begins at 2:45 PM.
The afternoon and evening will see Speed Skating with the Men’s Team Pursuit quarter-finals at 4:00 PM, followed by another Hockey Group Stage game between Canada and France at 4:40 PM. The Women’s 500m Speed Skating event is set for 5:03 PM.
Ski Jumping will also be in action, with the Women’s Large Hill trial round at 5:35 PM and the first round at 6:45 PM. The Mixed Team Skeleton competition begins at 6:00 PM. Curling continues with Men’s round-robin play at 7:05 PM, and Denmark takes on Latvia in a Men’s Hockey Group Stage game at 7:10 PM.
Freestyle Skiing’s Men’s Big Air qualifications begin at 7:30 PM with the first qualification run, followed by the second and third runs at 8:15 PM and 9:00 PM respectively. Figure Skating’s Pairs short program is scheduled for 7:45 PM. The Women’s Large Hill Ski Jump final will take place at 7:57 PM.
The day concludes with further Hockey Group Stage games at 9:10 PM.
