1. Online Registration (The Most Convenient Method)

This option is for those wishing to register for advance voting outside of their registered district and outside of Thailand.

  • Website: Visit the Department of Provincial Administration’s registration system (https://boraservices.bora.dopa.go.th/election/popout) or use the Smart Vote application.

  • Steps: 1. Enter personal information: National ID number, Laser ID, name, date of birth, and 11-digit house registration code.
    2. Verify voter eligibility.
    3. Select the province and central polling station where you wish to vote.
    4. Confirm registration and save a screenshot of the confirmation for your records.

2. Mail-In Application

Submit a completed application form to the district registrar or local registrar. The postmark date will be used to determine eligibility (must be postmarked by January 5, 2029).

3. In-Person Submission

Submit documents to the District Registrar, Local Registrar, or Local Registrar for Bangkok, or submit the application to the Ambassador or a designated representative during business hours.
