The incident occurred following a flight from London Heathrow to Los Angeles. Details emerged over the past few days, with initial reports surfacing on February 11, 2026. The crew members reportedly ate the gummies during a layover in Los Angeles, believing them to be regular sweets.
According to NDTV, the crew members were subsequently hospitalized. An Instagram post also detailed the incident, which has quickly gained attention online.
Reports from MSN and Capital.fr indicate the crew experienced adverse effects after ingesting the cannabis gummies. Aufeminin reported the crew were “out of it at 9,000 meters altitude.”
