The most widespread alert, in effect from 8:20 a.m. On Sunday, February 22, through 11:59 p.m. On Monday, February 23, impacts 20 states. This warning indicates a potential danger of rainfall between 20 and 30 millimeters per hour, or up to 50 millimeters per day, along with the possibility of strong winds gusting between 40 and 60 km/h. The risk of power outages, falling tree branches, flooding, and lightning strikes is considered low.

A second, more serious alert focuses on the regions of Goiás, Tocantins, Minas Gerais, Maranhão, Piauí, Pará, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Distrito Federal, and northern São Paulo, predicting up to 60 millimeters of rain per hour, or 100 millimeters per day, with wind gusts potentially reaching 100 km/h. A similar alert is also in effect for parts of Amapá, Pará, and Maranhão.

Accumulated rainfall is also a concern in the South and Southeast regions of the country. There is a risk of flooding, landslides, and overflowing rivers along the eastern coastal strip of Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and southern Minas Gerais, with the greatest danger between São Paulo and Rio. Rainfall in these areas could reach up to 60 millimeters per hour, or 100 millimeters per day.
