Terms and Conditions
- Period: February 25th – March 10th, 2026.
- Consumer Criteria:
– Low-voltage, one-phase consumers with initial power capacity of 450 VA to 5,500 VA.
– Option to increase capacity up to 7,700 VA.
– Must be a registered PLN customer as of February 1st, 2026.
– All outstanding electricity bills and other obligations must be settled. - Transaction Requirements: A minimum of one token purchase or bill payment via the PLN Mobile application is required to receive the discount e-voucher.
- Usage Limits:
– A maximum of four e-vouchers per PLN Mobile account (applicable only to that account).
– One promotion per customer ID (IDPEL) during the valid period. - Payment:
– The Connection Fee (BP) must be paid in full upfront (no installments).
– The Subscription Security Deposit (UJL) can be paid in up to 12 installments (for postpaid customers only). - Service Provisions:
– The upgrade must not require network reinforcement, phase changes, tariff adjustments, or service type modifications.
– A minimum of one year must pass before a downgrade in power capacity is permitted after the upgrade is implemented.
– The promotion cannot be combined with other BP discounts.
How to Upgrade Electricity Capacity
Customers can apply for a power capacity upgrade through the PLN Mobile application by following these steps:
- Download and open the PLN Mobile application.
- On the Home menu, select Change Power and Migrate, then click Start.
- Choose the customer ID or meter number for the power change request, or enter the customer ID and click Search.
- Set the location and confirm. Customer data will appear automatically after selecting the customer ID or meter number.
- Click Continue to proceed with the power change request.
- Select the desired service product (prepaid or postpaid) and click Continue.
- Select the required token amount and click Continue.
- Complete the customer and applicant data, then click Check on the ID card number and select Continue.
- Enter the promo code or voucher code, if available.
- Submit the power change request to continue the application process.
- Click agree to the terms and conditions of the power change request, then submit and select OK.
- On the request details, click Verify and enter the 12-digit verification code sent to the registered email address, then click Send.
- After the verification code is successfully sent, the request details will display a payment registration number.
- Click Continue Payment to select the available payment methods, such as Virtual Account (VA) or digital wallets.
