‘Wu-Tang: An American Saga’ Co-Creator Alex Tse Signs with Blue Marble Management

Screenwriter and producer Alex Tse has signed with Blue Marble Management for representation in film, television, and all media, the company announced today.

Tse is best known as the co-creator and showrunner, alongside RZA, of Hulu’s critically acclaimed series Wu Tang: An American Saga, which ran for three seasons. The pair continue to collaborate through their Xen Diagram Media production banner. His feature film credits include writing for Spike Lee’s Sucker Free City, for which he received a PEN Award, and contributing to the screenplays for Zack Snyder’s Watchmen and Sony’s Gran Turismo. He has also developed drafts for potential adaptations of The Crow, The Phantom Tollbooth, and Highlander.

Blue Marble Management’s current roster includes prominent industry figures such as Oscar winners Alfonso Cuarón and Chris Terrio, Emmy winners Lena Waithe and Prentice Penny, and Golden Globe nominee Gillian Flynn. This move signals a continued expansion of Tse’s network within the entertainment industry, potentially opening doors to new and high-profile projects. Tse was previously managed by Margaret Riley for 24 years until her passing in 2024. He continues to be represented by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and the law firm Schreck, Rose, Dapello, Adams, Berlin & Dunham LLP. Blue Marble Management did not comment on future projects with Tse, but confirmed they will be working to develop his existing and new ideas, as reported by Deadline.
