The individual has been identified as Johnson Wen, who uses the Instagram handle “Pyjama Man.” Wen posted a video of the incident to his social media account, captioning it, “Dear Ariana Grande Thank You for letting me Jump on the Yellow Carpet with You.” He has a history of disrupting events, including concerts by Katy Perry and The Weeknd, and attempted to access the Paris Olympics earlier this year, according to reports.
