As I Lay Dying Launches 20th Anniversary Tour with New Lineup in Russia

Metalcore band As I Lay Dying performed their first live show with a completely revamped lineup today, October 30, 2025, launching their 20th anniversary tour for the album “Shadows Are Security” at the VK Stadium in Moscow, Russia.

The tour’s opening in Russia has drawn attention as numerous Western artists have refrained from performing there since the 2022 escalation of the conflict in Ukraine. This latest iteration of As I Lay Dying follows significant internal changes and the departure of previous members. The current lineup features Tim Lambesis on vocals and guitar, Chris Clancy (formerly of Mutiny Within) on vocals and bass, Bill Hudson (NorthTale) and Don Vedda on guitars, Jack Daniels (War Of Ages) on guitar, and Tim Yeung (ex-Divine Heresy) on drums.

The band recently released their first single with this new configuration, “Echoes,” earlier this month. Lambesis, who has faced past legal challenges, remains the sole original member of the group, and the band’s continued activity represents a notable resilience within the metalcore scene. Fans can find more information about the band’s history and discography on their official website.

The “Shadows Are Security” 20th anniversary tour continues with dates scheduled across Russia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands. Tour dates and locations can be found here.

The band is scheduled to perform in Yekaterinburg, Russia tomorrow, October 31st, and will continue the European leg of the tour through November 14th.
