A recent video circulating online captured a range of opinions on the best places to call home in the city, reflecting the diverse needs and preferences of its population. The discussion highlights the ongoing efforts to improve quality of life in the Saudi capital.
One resident, who has lived in the Al-Hutain district for a decade, described the area as “like paradise on earth.” They noted the city’s focus on public spaces, stating, “The municipalities are focusing on sidewalks, streets, and parks, and the Crown Prince is today focusing on making Riyadh a green city, and we are starting to see trees and plants in every neighborhood and area.”
Another resident emphasized the importance of finding a neighborhood that fits one’s financial means, stating simply, “Look for the neighborhood that suits your capabilities, and the rest will be easy.”
The Al-Aziziyah neighborhood, located south of Riyadh, was too highlighted as a well-developed area. According to one resident, it offers comprehensive services, including access to the metro and sports clubs, as well as proximity to central Riyadh and major roadways. This accessibility makes it a desirable location for many.
