One resident, who has lived in the Al-Hutain district for a decade, described the area as “like paradise on earth.” They noted the city’s focus on public spaces, stating, “The municipalities are focusing on sidewalks, streets, and parks, and the Crown Prince is today focusing on making Riyadh a green city, and we are starting to see trees and plants in every neighborhood and area.”
