A dismembered body was discovered early Sunday morning near a landmark structure known as La Puerta del Tiempo, authorities reported. The discovery, made around 2:30 a.m., is being investigated as a homicide, and a threatening message was found at the scene.
Police were alerted to the location after a 911 call, responding to the area where La Puerta del Tiempo’s stairs connect to the structure. First responders found the victim’s remains with visible signs of extreme violence and dismemberment, prompting notification of the Fiscalía, the local prosecutor’s office, to take over the investigation.
Investigators also recovered a note containing a message that read: “Te pasaste de berga Piporro con la Fam no marrano ay te ba la mia atte 7 ay están tu mandadero marrano los niños se respetan gn.”
