Capital One Launches $35,000 Accelerator for Mobility Startups
Applications are now open for the Capital One Auto Mobility Accelerator Program 2026, a new initiative designed to support early-stage companies innovating in the transportation sector.
The program, part of the broader Capital One Impact Initiative, will provide selected startups with resources to refine their business models, prepare for investment, and expand their networks. Participants will have access to 12 learning modules, mentorship from industry leaders, and support in developing investor-ready pitch decks. A live pitch event will be held at Dallas Startup Week, offering exposure to potential funders and stakeholders. This initiative comes as the automotive industry rapidly evolves with new technologies like electric vehicles and autonomous driving.
Startups must have a viable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and demonstrate a readiness to scale operations to be eligible. Top finalists will compete for cash prizes totaling $35,000 – $20,000 for first place, $10,000 for second, and $5,000 for third – with no equity taken.
