For the full year 2024, CleanR grupa’s turnover reached €121.101 million, up 18.7% from the previous year. The company’s profit increased by 31.5% year-over-year, reaching €13.47 million.

Established in 2014, CleanR grupa has a share capital of €13.58 million. According to company records, TAK Capital SIA, owned by Guntars Kokorevičs, holds an 87.63% stake in CleanR grupa. Harrys Krongorns owns 10.31%, and Juris Gulbis holds 2.06%. CleanR grupa’s bonds are listed on the Nasdaq Riga’s First North alternative market.
