TV4 has confirmed the full cast for the spring 2026 season of “Förrädarna,” set to premiere on April 16. The reality mystery game, which divides contestants into loyalists and traitors competing for a major cash prize, introduces a significant twist this year: viewers will not know the identity of one traitor in the first episode, marking a shift from previous seasons where the traitors were revealed to the audience from the start.
According to producer Joachim Brobeck, the change responds to viewer demand for a more immersive experience. “Many have said, ‘Gosh, wouldn’t it be fun if we didn’t know who the traitors were?’” he explained. “So we listened. This time, one of the traitors in the premiere will be a secret—even to the viewers. We’re calling it the hidden traitor.”
The confirmed cast includes former politician Mona Sahlin, artist Miriam Bryant, influencer and YouTuber Sebastian Tadros, media profile Elaf Ali, comedian and radio host Torbjörn Averås Skorup, Bibi Rödöö, program chief for “Sommar i P1” at Sveriges Radio, Hollywood spouse Anna Anka, influencers Tilda Törnqvist and Julia Franzén, sport journalist Johan Kücükaslan, and influencer and YouTuber Jonna Lundell.
Aftonbladet had previously revealed eleven of the names, with TV4 now confirming the complete lineup ahead of the season launch. The show continues to adapt the international format to suit Swedish audiences, with Brobeck emphasizing the team’s goal to create a version that feels fresh and distinct within the competitive TV landscape.
The premiere airs Thursday at 8:00 PM on TV4, with episodes available afterward on TV4 Play.
