The French embassy posted on X that France stands with Lebanon and the city of Tripoli after a building collapsed in the Bab al‑Tibana neighborhood. Ambassador Hervé Magro and embassy staff offered their deepest condolences to the victims’ families and pledged full solidarity with rescue teams. “كتبت السفارة الفرنسية في منصة “إكس”: “تقف فرنسا إلى جانب لبنان ومدينة طرابلس بشكل خاص إثر انهيار مبنى في حي باب التبانة. ويتقدّم السفير هيرفي ماغرو وجميع العاملين في سفارة فرنسا بأحرّ التعازي لذوي الضحايا، ويؤكدون تضامنهم الكامل مع فرق الإنقاذ”.
